Aims of Campus Recruitment

            Our management have strong opinion that candidates from the rural areas have limited chance of working in IT industry and they have high potential to excel in IT fields. Career Growth @ Chain-sys:

We are recruiting students who are interested in growing with the company. Following could be titles and roles performed:

·        Joining as Trainee Consltant – Oracle ERP
·        Class Room Training for first 4 Months followed by On Job Training for 2 months. The duration of training is subjective to performance of the consultant

We are looking at recruiting prospective candidates with interest in growth and who are ready to run extra mile to achieve organisational goals and also want to have longer association with us.

Individuals with special interest in NCC / Sports are preferred.

Training cost and Advantages:

We will be providing Oracle ERP training worth around Rs.3.5 Lakhs if availed from Oracle University.

Selection Process:

1.      All students who have the mentioned criteria of percentage will undergo aptitude Test in Numerical, Vocabulary and Reasoning
2.      Shortlisted students will be proceeded further for Technical Screening
3.      Technical Screening will be a one to one discussion with Technical Team Panel Members
4.      Shortlisted students will be proceeded further to HR discussions

CTC Terms:

1.      Rs.10 K will be paid as “Probationary Allowance” for first one year
2.      On deployment of the consultant in project, extra allowances as per the project policy is paid to them.
