Training for first 4 Months followed by On Job Training for 2 months. The
duration of training is subjective to performance of the consultant

Numerical, Vocabulary and Reasoning

Shortlisted
students will be proceeded further for Technical Screening
3.
Technical
Screening will be a one to one discussion with Technical Team Panel Members
4.
Shortlisted
students will be proceeded further to HR discussions
CTC Terms:
1.
Rs.10 K will be
paid as “Probationary Allowance” for first one year
2.
On deployment of
the consultant in project, extra allowances as per the project policy is paid
to them.
